There are many ways you can get involved!  You can volunteer at the biannual city-wide park appreciation day called Love Your Parks, or attend one of our pop-up volunteer days where we get together and do basic park upkeep.   We are always looking for volunteers who are interested in enhancing our social media presence and helping plan events for the community.  If any of this sounds like you, send us an email to get started today!

The park is public and owned by the city of Philadelphia. Everyone is free to host an event, however some events may have activities that require a city permit (e.g. noise amplification, vendors).  Visit the Philadelphia Parks & Recreation permit site to find out if your event requires a permit.

Membership is open to all and only $20 a year!  Membership is the primary way that the Friends' group is funded and is an easy and impactful way to show your support.
